   Well, for a cheap looking party costume I wasn’t expecting too much. So yes it is a very cheap looking costume.It came over 5 days late with no excuse or apology. if you order it make sure to order in time.The biggest disappointment is the hat. The hat comes in several pieces that you will have to assemble. The green ribbon for the hat shown on the photo is not included. The hat does not hold for very long the pieces fall apart fast. It is Really a very stupid design for the hat. If the seller really wanted to make the hat collapse for easier shipping, there are better designs than this.The costume was for my husband and he is between L&XL and it was tight on him so make sure to get a bigger size.

   Fit well, the bow tie was a little on the tight side, hat has to be assembled, not too difficult, many people wanted to take pictures with me! You will look like the life of the party in this!!

   Order at least a size bigger than usual. I had to return one for a bigger size.Other than that it was the hit of the party.

   We purchase this costume for a Mardi Gras party. We did not wear the top hat, but can use it for another costume later on.
