   First package arrived one time. Only thing is it was not what I ordered from Private Island; instead, was a wig cap. The paper in the package clearly said “Sexy Black Ebony Super Model Wig Standard”. I emailed them via Amazon and I received a quick friendly reply. They apologized and said I may keep the wig cap as recompense (which I thought was very nice of them). They sent out my wig and I got it a few days later. After waiting thru all this I was expecting the wig to be awesome- but it’s crap. The hair fell out the second I took it out of the plastic bag. It was everywhere. And, due to the delay, I wass unable to buy another wig before the costume party I needed it for. The wig is a one-time-wear, after the party I threw it in the trash. So, I suggest you do not waste your money on this wig. The costumer service was great (hence the reason I gave it 2 stars)but the wig is crap.

   Bought this as part of a Halloween costume (Tina Belcher of Bob’s Burgers) and it worked perfectly! The look was on point, and it fit me nice. My only “complaint” is that it shed A LOT. I’m not familiar with wigs so I don’t know if that’s common or not, but all night, I kept looking down at my tee and there’d be tons of the dark hairs on it. But I wore it on Splash Mountain and it didn’t come off or itch me like crazy or anything. Really happy I purchased this.

   I have really thick shouder length hair so this takes a bit more to cover all the hair and put in all under the wig..I still have time to work on that..also because of what it’s made of, the Flapper head piece slides off. I might change the headpiece for this reason.

   I ordered 1 wig and the Company shipped & charged me for 2, had to send 1 back today. only 1 problem & that is, the bangs were too short on the 1st wig I opened, but just a touch longer on the 1 I kept. So you have to tilt the wig forward. nd then it exposes some of the hairs on the back of the neck because that is also short. . But is very soft & shiny

   Needed it for a July 4th parade where I drive my 1930 Model A. Went as a flapper girl. It fit great, stayed put, looked good (not that costume cheap fake appearance). It even felt good. It was easy to store. Plan on using it many times.

   It was too little to large, but the style was just what I wanted for the wig completed my roaring twenties outfit. I was very happy because it my mother 98th. birthday celebration! Thanks
