   This is an update on my previous review. I couldn’t find a better priced costume this size,that’s why I’m updating my review. The reason for 4 stars (instead of 5 stars) is that the fabric is thinner than I expected and the tie is a bit too thin for a plus size adult; however the costume fits perfectly for a 2XL male adult and the price is very good.

   I’m a 6’8″, 240 pound male, and this costume is a little disappointing.First of all, the jacket fits fine, it’s definitely a jacket, though it’s a little baggy. And it buttons incredibly weird, leaving a rumple underneath when I do, even though it’s really thin and there’s no pockets.The pants are thin, and I’ll probably use them as pajamas. I had to actually unsew the hem to get them to fit decently, but once again, I got this on sale really cheap, and I wasn’t expecting anything mind-blowing.Overall, I just warn you tall guys that “Plus Size” is for wide people, not tall people.

   This outfit worked out great!..My husband is a large guy at 6ft and 300 lbs. I got the XXL and he had plenty of room. It is a very this material though and he just wore a black t-shirt and black bike shorts under it..The main thing he did not like was there are NO pockets anywhere in the outfit. It looks like there is but they are fake, so I will add some myself for next time. He got a lot of compliments and we won the costume contest!!!Also I have to note. there is not a button or clasp to hook the inside of the double breasted jacket..I had to use a pin to keep it in place to keep it from slipping. I will also have to add this I guess but for the price it worked out great!.

   The suit is great just needs to be ironed.The neck piece shirt tho..? Hahaha was hilarious!he wouldn’t let me take a pic of it on him but it was funny. It didn’t fit. It is really small and the piece that secures around the neck is very small. It barely fit my neck and I’m only 120lbs. it was also short, it only went to the bottom of the breast area.

   We used this as a Gomez Addams suit for Halloween. We didn’t use the black dicky and white tie that came with it. Instead we added a red bow tie and added a Velcro strip for “Thing”(hand) on the shoulder. It fit as expected. It was a little baggy but not too bad. The bottoms are more like pajama bottoms and they are fairly thin. He wore basketball shorts underneath. For reference my husband usually wears a 2XL. 6’1” 250lbs.

   This plus size for my hubby fit perfect in the pants. He wears XL but costumes pants always run small so I order a size up. The jacket was a little too big for him as he wears XL in jacket as well. But we made it work and we were the winning couple costumes of the night (I wore roaring 20’s flapper dress).

   My Husband is a big guy, and it is hard to find costumes to actually fit. I’m in a Mardi Gras Krewe and we have a lot of events. This is one of the first times he was comfortable and everything worked. The only negative I would say is the cheap mock-shirt and tie. I had him wear a black t-shirt under and it definitely helped, but the costume collar did not stay put all that well. Even with that, it worked out very nicely. He looked like the perfect 1920’s gangster!We had a great time even though I’m 6 month preggers with no. 5!
