   The costume is great and looks authentic. Very happy with it except for the fact that the front of the hat is too large and not sturdy enough so it tends to fold downwards covering the corner of my face. If played with you could get it to stay up for a while but it will eventually fold back down. This is due to the way it was folded in the package. But I would buy it again if I had known so it’s not a huge problem, just a small inconvenience. Overall very much enjoy the costume!

   The costume is true to the picture but without the mustache and sword. Also, the boot covers must match the shoe for it to look like the picture. It’s slightly large but not overly large so it fit just fine. The hat must be ironed or taped with cardboard underneath because it folds flat in the package and won’t stand up without extra support. I just put a smaller top hat underneath it so it stays. I was one of the finalists in our Halloween party, my girlfriend won, she dressed up as the black lady musketeer. Liked this costume, the quality wasn’t that bad. Solid 4 stars!

   This is a great costume! It came fairly wrinkled, so my wife ironed it and steamed the hat and it was right back into shape. In reading the reviews before buying it we thought the hat might not work, everyone said it was so flat, wrinkled, etc., but after my wife ironed and steamed it, it went right back to the original shape. We did go to the store and bought a new feather because the one that came with it was about only 5 inches long, way too short. The new feather is about 12 inches and makes the hat look great. I would definitely recommend this costume, just know that you will have to iron it and steam the hat.

   Bought this costume for a school function along with 2 other teachers. Everything was great with the exception of the ‘crunched’ up hat. It takes a bit to get it back into shape after being jammed into a bag. It DOES need steaming. Feather was really small, not like the picture shown.(only 3 inches long). We all bought other feathers for our hats. The shirt was well made, along with the leg & arm accessories. All in all, for the price, it is a good costume.

   Overall, the costume is good. I got what I expected. The feather is way small, as others have stated, so I planned for that. Also, I had to stuff the hat to get its shape back. I did have trouble getting the faux boots to stay up. I used safety pins as that was all I had on short notice. Need to figure something else out for future uses. It worked as well as it could, given my time constraints.

   I paid around $32 for this costume in 2018, which came with the tunic, leggings that look like boots, wrist guards, and a hat with a feather. No mustache or sword, but you pretty much feel compelled to get these to complete the look. I thought all the parts were pretty high quality for the money. I dressed up along with a couple of coworkers and we won a prize at the office costume party.

   This was a great costume. My 13 yr son was able to wear it while only being 5ft. The costume works fine for smaller people because the longer shirt and boot things are historically accurate.

   This costume is amazing! The fit is great and is made with good quality. I would definitely buy this again
