It’s feels like a cheap staff, it’s good on it own. But for the price for this staff I feel like it’s over price. I like the staff, and it would look great for my dragon queen costume. But the battery that came with it was dead. So I have to get a new one. And the staff itself feels cheap and not 40 dollars. But I will say that the staff is still pretty good, just not for the price. I will add that I do like how squishy the dragon is.

It’s just about my height and I’m 5’6, it came with dead batteries but I was able to swap those out easily, the lights are cool but they only flicker for like 5 seconds then turn off. The button is in such an awkward area where it’s difficult to turn on the lights single handedly. The staff part is a very thin PVC 3 pole collapsible unit, very unsightly if I’m being honest and may have to get some kind of duct tape to make it look better. The orb part looks like a ball you’d find in a ball pit, the seam that goes around (because it’s 2 domes put together) is hidden in the product image, but looks poorly in person. The dragon part that surrounds the orb is the only best detailed thing on the staff.Overall, I’m not sure why they are charging so high, it definitely looks like it should be no more than 15-20$..

The connectors between the staff pieces are flimsy. Though this will only be used for Halloween costume purposes, duct tape shouldn’t have to be used on a new item. Otherwise, the appearance and lights are excellent.

The dragon at the top is rubber and mine arrived with some physical distortions. If you can’t figure out how to access the battery compartment, play around with which segments of the staff can separate. There is a best way to do it that makes it easiest.

I paid full price for this staff for a Halloween costume (almost $50) so I expected it to be halfway decent quality. The whole thing is made out of super thin cheap plastic and the ball looks like a ball out of a kids ball pit. Nothing at all like what’s in the photos.

Was Absolutely estatic when it was over 5 feet in height!

I took it along with me as part of my costume and received many compliments on it.

Staff was good size and looked good. Orb was loose and fell apart easily
