   Using it for a Thor costume in place of the horrible wig that’s recommended. Beard and mustache are not attached so you can use them if you choose. Wish it was a bit more blond, but it will work

   Used the wig portion as part of a Big Lebowski costume. Threw the beard/mustache portion away. For the purpose of my costume my wife trimmed the wig and then curled it slightly with plastic curlers.

   Cheap and doesn’t fit well but serves its intended purpose as an inexpensive costume piece. I’ve used this on a mannequin head for a helmet display and it looks OK. I trimmed the braids on the beard shorter so they don’t contact the surface and had to use super glue to keep the beard on. The supplied small tape pieces and elastic bands didn’t work at all for my display. All in all it’s serviceable but don’t expect very high quality and you won’t be disappointed. I’ve used cheap wigs for other displays and they are mostly brushable and feel somewhat like real hair. I don’t think this could be brushed and it feels synthetic but looks OK for a costume. Mine is dirty blonde, make sure you order the right color before complaining it’s not the right color, mine is about the same shade as the picture.

   I threw a few braids in the wig and bound them with leather strips and it looked even better. The elastic bands for the beard were too short for my face so I had to cut them off and use spirit gum. I also wrapped the braids in the beard together and it helped the beard to cup my chin better. Overall, both were good products and worth the money.

   we had to use ponytail holders to extend the elastic hooks to hold the beard on.. both otherwise great! The moustache didn’t stick very well and it says you have to purchase your own adhesive… but it worked well for fast photos. The wig and beard together were hysterical and actually exactly what we were looking for. Good quality item. Glad I purchased it.

   This wig and beard/moustache set wasn’t too bad for a budget wig, but no matter what I did, it just read more “caveman” than viking. Tried doing some braids, but that didn’t help much. The beard piece was unfortunately a bit too small for me. There are elastic bands that wrap around your ears, and I guess my head is a little too big, because any time I talked the beard would slide up under my nose. Did not try the moustache piece, as it had double-sided tape that I didn’t want to expose since the beard wasn’t going to be used. After trying to make it all work, I ultimately decided to do my costume without the wig and sent this back. But I will say that the wig and beard were nice & full — not scraggly like some.

   option of blonde or brown….ordered blonde & it looks more like a reddish-brown.
