It is a dress with attached vest and a multi fabric skirt with attached hip tie (green with gold print). It comes with a black head tie and green waist sash. Because I wasn’t sure how tight it would fit I ordered a size up meaning 3x & it was too big it does fit loose so maybe size down. Other than that it was super cute I got a lot of compliments.

Just received my order and I love it. The costume fit well, true to size and it was not itchy like some other costumes you buy. This will be great for my Gasparilla pirate outing (an annual pirate event in Tampa). Great quality on the costume itself too. I also love how I can wear it as a gypsy or pirate costume! Def recommend. Will update with photo once I attend my event.
