   My 2.5 yr old daughter loves the dinossaur train show, it is the only thing she ever wants to watch! Whenwe saw we could get Buddy or Tiny costumes we were excited and she chose Buddy. She was so excited when the costume came, had to try it on right away and wouldn’t take it off! It fits great (3/4willl fit a 4T child with clothes under)and quality seems good. Only issue is the headpiece is top heavy, strap is way too loose &the tiny piece of velcro to hold it on is a joke. I will be sewing on a larger strip of velcro to hold or using some safety pins as another review suggested. Still worth the money for the smiles on my daughter’s face! Just will needsome improvising…

   My son loved this costume and had a lot of fun with it. The sizing ran a little smaller than I expected, so I was really glad that I had purchased the larger version. We also had a bit of trouble getting the elastics for the “feet” to stay put under his shoes, but it was pretty easily remedied with regular rubber bands. Overall, it was well put together. He had fun with the arms, where he could choose to have his hands out, or slip them into the two T rex fingers. He also thought it was great to be able to walk around and swish his dinosaur tail. He got a lot of compliments this Halloween!

   I rarely take the time to review, but wanted to let others know this costume is better than I expected. The material is a light plush (not that nasty polyester material many costumes are made of these days). I ordered the L (4-6) for my taller than average 3 year old and am happy I did. It fits just right with a little growing room in the body, but the head fits snuggly enough to stay on. The tail is stuffed and sticks out perfectly. I attached a picture of the size chart that was on the package. The only issue is that the picture shows the neck fully covered. On ours, the neck is larger and will need an orange turtle neck or shirt to hide some skin. Cute even with no additional shirt.

   This was smaller than expected. I used the sizing chart, but it was still too short in the legs, and the “mask” head wrap around didn’t cover all of my son’s neck. I got some orange body paint to cover what I could, put an orange t-shirt under it, and that worked just fine. The head is kind of heavy for such a flimsy neck material holding it in place, and we were constantly adjusting during the times he wore it, but he did love it. It’s Buddy, his favorite dinosaur from Dinosaur Train, and we got a lot of compliments on it. Overall, great purchase.

   Super cute costume, has worked for multiple events so far. However, the head doesn’t stay on very well, but we found for trick-or-treating that (since it’s Michigan and it snows here on Halloween usually) if you put a thick hooded sweatshirt on under the costume, and put the hood ON and then put the Buddy hat on top of the hood… fits snug as a bug. While we were out, we encountered a few other kids with the same costume and had a bit of a mini-tutorial about how we made our hat work… fun times.

   My boy loves this costume, he puts it on everyday, and I’m crossing my fingers that it lasts to Halloween. The quality is great, much better than what you can find at Party City (or equivalent big box Halloween store) The head isn’t too heavy but with a few head nods can fall back. When it falls back the strap thats below the chin looks like it can easily stretch if it falls back a lot. (Hasn’t happened yet, though)

   Unfortunately, it was 70 degrees on Halloween so it was warm because it’s fleece material. But super cute, well detailed and perfect size for our average height 4 year old. There was a little too much stuffing in the Buddy head so it didnt sit well on her head. She didnt like wearing the Buddy head for extended period of time, but used candy while Trick or Treating to bribe her to keep it on for 40 mins.

   My youngest is a fan of dinosaurs. He loved this costume. The only downside was the head was so heavy it would just wobble around on his head. He ended up not wearing it for Halloween. He just wears the body piece without the head.
