We all know why we chose this one – our little ones love the Dinosaur Train. The costume character is clearly recognizable, and my 4 y.o. son loved it. He is tall and rather thin, 98% height and 50% weight, and I ordered L size (4-6). The body of the costume fits OK, a bit lose, so I guess we will be able to use it next year. The head part of the costume is not perfect. The fastener under the chin is a bit uncomfortable – the Velcro scratches him, and it is just in an odd place, closing a bit too snug under the chin. As other reviewers have noted, there is quite a large gap between the head piece and the body suit, and your little one should better wear a green hoodie to cover it up.The foot parts were rather too large, and we ended up not using them, because they were a clear tripping hazard.What I liked about this costume, was that it is not too warm – it can be worn indoors for parties, and the kids will not be too hot and sweaty; on the other side, we shall just add a warmer sweater under it, and it will be warm enough to go trick-or-treating in.It also is light and soft enough to play in.Overall, it is a cute costume, that is not perfect. We liked it though, and could fix the things we did not.

I love this costume! I bought it last minute for my 3 year old who just had to go as a “Flying Dinosaur”…Thank you Amazon and the makers of this costume! I ordered the size 3T and it fit excellent with a bit of room to grow which was perfect since here in Ohio a few layers of clothes are need under costumes to stay warm! The head piece fit him nicely and we didn’t have any issues with it falling off or anything like that. The costume arrived quickly and just it in time for Halloween! The quality was excellent and I had no issue with my crazy 3 year old tearing or breaking it…which is unusual. The head piece isn’t attached to the costume so there is a gap between the body and the head which is sort of annoying. A green turtleneck would have worked well but I didn’t have one on hand so I improvised a bit and used a scarf. He got a lot of compliments on his costume and had a great time twirling around with his wings. I would definitely recommend this product.

We purchased the Medium size of this costume. The body suit fits my 3 1/2 year old perfectly for this upcoming Halloween, but would be tight if he grows and wants to continue wearing for dress up playing. He is about 40inches tall and is in between 3t and 4t clothes (hopefully that helps with estimating sizes for you). The one thing to note is that the head piece is totally separate from the bodysuit, and the Velcro strap that goes under the chin is pretty short/tight, so his entire neck is exposed. I read in the other reviews that someone bought a piece of fleece to connect the head piece to the body so I’m going to try that to turn it more into a hood like a sweatshirt. For the price, it’s still worth that extra work, and the costume overall is really well made!

My 5-year-old wore this for Halloween and was nice and cozy without being too hot. He didn’t keep the head on all the time, but when he did, it was awesome and hilarious.More importantly, my teenager wore just the head of this during distance learning for one of her school’s spirit days for “Favorite Commercial Character.”When they would ask who she was, she would slowly raise up a printed sign into the webcam view that had the Geico gecko saying “Did you know that I can save you 15% on your car insurance?” She won funniest costume by far. Everyone loved it, even though it’s not actually the Geico Gecko, it was so goofy looking and close enough that it passed for it perfectly.Got way more use out of this costume than planned! Love it.

It’s really cute and seems to be good quality material. Fits my 3 year old well with some extra room so it’s not tight with clothes under it. Just watch the hat because ours was a little bit crooked part of the night and 2 days later my son still has a sore neck. I think if I had adjusted it, it would have been fine. Mom fail!

Bought this for my 2 yr old grandson. < he picked it out> Arrived quickly. He wears a 2T and this was a little big as expected but still fit. The head fit well, just make sure to adjust the under the chin velcro so it doesnt scratch. I expect this to probably fit him for a good 2 yrs. Fabric is thick, making this a good cold weather costume. I would highly recommend this product. Great price for a great product!

This costume was all wrinkled and bunched up in the package it came in. Felt like it was a returned or used item put back in the bag and resold.

Okay, so I got this for my three year old baby boy. He is obsessed it’s for Halloween, but when he tries it on we all giggled about how cute he was in it. He loves it so much he slept in it! It comes in three parts, the head, body suit, and feet covers. I love how soft yet warm the suit is. It’s light weight he has no problem running in it. The shoes fet wonderfully under the feet covers. Just over all a great product for my baby boy.
