Bought this wig for Vanilla Ice costume, 80s party. I wasnt expecting fantastic given the the lower price however it looked nothing like the images. The hair was ratted and matted down and could not be brushed or styled to at least look like the pic. the back if the wig hair was very thin and u could see the mesh part of the wig. I would not recommend this in comparison to other similiar priced costume type wigs it is just not up to par. I was glad I only spent 10 bucks and had a plan B for the costume.

My hope was that the bangs would remain in place as they appear to do in the photo. They will if I use hairspray… but the reality is that they tend to flop down. In order to make the product look like the photo above one will need to put in some work.

When you first open the wig, it does not look all that great, but if you work with the wig it can look more like the picture on the cover. I used some hair spray to keep it in place which worked well. In a second use of the wig, I wet it and used mouse to help it stay as stiff as possible and then sprayed some of the temporary hair spray in it (black with red streaks) to imitate a coworker for our “fun Friday” event. It worked well for both events. I would be sure to pin the wig in place or it may slide around on your head. It kept sliding down my forehead.

It is so so. the front looks identical to the picture but the middle and back of the wig barely has any hair. I used some gel to shape it the best I could. Used this for my Vanilla Ice costume.

It’s campy, but I knew that when I bought it. It’s not possible to style this wig the way you see it in the picture, and the glue they used to hold the “hair” in the style of Vanilla Ice’s hair only makes the front of the wig flop around. I wouldn’t order another one.

I mean yeah it’s a cheaper wig. I think folks might not realize that ‘nice’ wigs are at least $50. Worked great, but didn’t necessarily look exactly like ice ice baby. Could be a nice Elvis wig if ya dyed it too.

Like the other reviews, it does come totally flat and floppy. I used a comb and a lot of superglue and it became a poser/elvis looking wig. It worked for our costumes. Be prepared to work at shaping it, though.

The wig required some hairspray but looked great. I took off one star because it took some modeling before it was at a good shape.
