I wear a US size 20/22 and bought this and it fits. I would have given it 5 stars if the shirt were a bit longer, but since it’s rather short I gave it 4 stars. The skirt is made of thick felt material, and the shirt is made of crush velvet. It’s pretty good quality for the price that you pay for it. The arms are a little tight, but since I’m plus sized I’m sure that’s to be expected. It’s not too bad though, so it will suffice just fine. If you buy a petticoat to wear underneath it, You’ll need one AT LEAST 26″ long, and that’s to keep it at skirt height. If you want the petticoat to show underneath, I would go with one a bit longer. I bought poodle socks, saddle shoes and cat eye glasses to complete this look and it’s cuter than heck. I can’t wait for Halloween!!

I really don’t understand what peoples complaints were about this costume. I was a little worried when I read that the shirt fit like a medium. I ordered this and got it shipped to NY the day of the party I attended. It fit perfect! I wear a size 22/24 in pants and this fit but if someone needed another 5 inches, it would accommodate. Also, I tried on the shirt and it was perfect. It was also a little big. I am a B/C cup and usually a 3x in shirts and it fit so well. I usually have a problem with sleeves being too tight but this didn’t have the problem. The sequins did itch a little, but after a couple shots I didn’t care. I also too the scarf and put it in my hair after a while because it got hot, but everyone loved my costume in the end! It was beyond comfy and it will now be my go to costume! For $25… you are sure to get your moneys worth!

The skirt was bigger than expected and the shirt was shorter than expected. I am not tall 5’3 but this was hard to keep tucked in. I did add a petticoat and it was cute and worked for what I needed

It is felt, so it’s a little cheaply made, but that is to be expected for a Halloween costume. However the 3x top is more like a xl or 1x.
