I had read alot of reviews and was concerned this would not fit me. I am a size 20 at 5’4″ and 235 lb. I ordered the 3X and it fit pretty well. It shows on the package that it’s for a size 20-22. Some reviews said that the 2X is the same as the 3X but I don’t think so. Dress is short, but not as short as I thought it would be, though definitely wanted to wear thick tights with it. Nice and sparkly in a disco light. Very very please with that aspect of it. I ended up not wearing it (yet), but my friend did. The arms are kind of long, but maybe I just have short arms. One VERY NEGATIVE part of this dress is that it basically isn’t supposed to be cleaned. No washing, no hand washing, no dry cleaning. Just “spot cleaning”. Not sure how I’ll spot clean stinky armpits but I can cross that bridge later. It’s not sequins though, so it seems like whatever it is on the fabric shouldn’t come off if it’s handled gently. I will update once I’ve tried to clean it up. Nice head band, which can be used as a scarf, it’s only sparkly on one side though. No shape to the dress as some have said, so a belt would look nice. I bought white go go boots and am looking forward to using this for Halloween or another dress-up party. I’ll post a picture later. I gave this a 3 because it does what it needs to do and it is, after all, a costume so it’s not supposed to be high quality. Not a higher rating because of the lack of washing options.

I ordered this dress for a “disco” party. I am between a 6 and 8 so I ordered the small. The top part of the dress was big and the sleeves too long. I had to lift up the shoulders which helped with the length of the sleeves. The mid and lower part of the dress were a little snug. It worked out ok but it almost seemed like it was one size on top and a different size from the waist down. The little sparkles kept falling off the dress and were all over the floor. Instead of wearing the head piece on my head I wore it around my neck in lieu of a necklace so it would cover my cleavage because the front was pretty low cut on me.It did look cute on and I won the prize for “best costume”.

Was looking for a 70s disco outfit. Read the reviews and decided to go with this one, it turned out perfect! A lot of reviews said stuff about glitter stuff falling off, I’m not sure if the dress was made different now but I didn’t have that problem at all.I did go a size up like everyone suggested. I can wear a M or L but went ahead went with the L because I am tall (5’10) and I didn’t want it to be super short. It could’ve been a little tighter but I like things looser. It was light weight and comfy, got lots of compliments.

If you’re a tall girl & looking for something family/business appropriate move along.I was going to a family 70’s party but my butt would have been out the moment i tried to dance or do the slightest bend over . (& I don’t have much back there) . Also, i’m a little big Chested, & i could barely get it over my front with a bra on.. it was soo tight. I would’ve had to have gone Bra-less .I ordered a large, i’m 5’7 & weigh about 180lbs. ( I usually wear a med/lg.. depending on the material)Another thing, all the little “glitter” things fall off EVERYWHERE! You will def leave a trail. Every time I turn around i see some all over my house .But other than those complaints, it really is a cute dress. I was going to pair it with some white gogo boots .

I’m in a dance group and we are performing dances from the 60’s and 70’s. This dress is cute and the fabric is very light so good to dance in. I usually take a size large (10-12) but I found that the large was a little too tight for my liking to dance in so I returned it for an X large. I’m only 5′-2″ so the dress is just above the knees on me.

i wore this for a 70s medley in my choir performance, and it worked fine for that, kinda expensive but it’s a halloween costume

This super cute!! You will need to wear something underneath as it is sheer to the skin.

For what it cost it’s definitely not good quality. It’s super thin
