They say that size isn’t everything. Do you believe that? We don’t. We’ve all seen that run of the mill vampire costumes, none of which would leave the unforgettable impression that this terrifying beast leaves. As horrifying as it would be to run into this creature on the street, a vampire at eight foot tall might actually find it difficult to function as vampires typically do! For one, imagine how tricky it would be to find a big enough coffin to sleep in at night. Even if you were able to get one custom made it would be almost impossible to transport by carriage as vamps like to do in Transylvania! Also, even with all of the glamouring powers in the world, it would be difficult to convince any potential victims to invite this fellow into their home. Maybe it’s his red eyes that give him away but he just doesn’t seem like a friendly fellow! Also, we’d like to see this guy try to avoid the sun’s rays if he accidentally stays out till’ day break, no dodging into alley way shadows for this lanky guy. Lucky for you, your career as an oversized vampire will only last as long as you want it to. As scaring goes, this costume ensures success! The giant blue clawed gloves are key to inspiring some creeped-out shrieks. A tall collar will frame your ghastly mask with its batty ears, eerie nose, and sharp toothed grin. Move over regular-sized vamps this guy is larger than life and ready for a Halloween hoopla! Whether you’re spooking in a parade or rocking your neighborhood bash this towering terror is sure a hit. Luckily you can wear this year after a year, one upping this ensemble would be a real tall order! – Robe – Mask – Pair of hands – Inflatable height extender – Pair of inflatable arm accessories – 20ft drawcord

The costume came well packaged. As soon as I got it I immediately tried it on. The materials that the costume is made out of is a little on the cheap side. The plastic head and hands are a thin plastic. The “gown” is thin too. There is lots of room for warm clothes if need be. I’m 5’07”, 180 pounds and have plenty of room under the gown. My feet show slightly. This costume is 8 feet tall. There is a blow up piece that the head attaches too. The blow up piece attaches to your body with Velcro and it rests on your head and shoulders. Amazingly it’s comfortable. Once completely on you can see through the costume. I don’t know how well you will be able to see at night. I haven’t tried it yet. I do plan to make a few modifications. The hands are attached to your wrist with velcro. I feel like the hands would not stay in place on top my hands for several hours. I plan to put a ring or bar behind the fake hands for me hold onto or attach. I also want to put red lights in the eyes to make it extra scary at night. Over all, this costume is light and comfortable and will be a blast scaring people with. I added red lights to the eyes. This was an excellent costume. People taking pictures all night long. Thought I was an animatronic until I scared them.If a male is wearing this, the strap that goes around your chest, wear it across your chest. If you are a women, wear it under the bust. Where you put the strap to hold up the blow up portion, it will make it sit better on your shoulders. Pull the strap tight.

I liked how cool it looked until I realized the air from the inflatable was escaping. Everything else seemed great, I planned on using it as a costume but when I noticed the air wasn’t staying in the inflatable I knew I wouldn’t be able to use it as a costume. However, I figured I might as well use it as a decoration instead.EDIT:It’s been over 2 weeks since I’ve gotten any help from both the seller & customer service. I wouldn’t recommend the gamble on this purchase. I won’t be seeing my $150 ever again. Amazon tried to bribe me with $5 off my next purchase but I’m not going to be ordering from Amazon for awhile lol. Hope this helps some of you thinking of ordering; have a blessed day.

I don’t write many reviews but I felt obligated to write one for this purchase. Costume is well made and easier to put on than expected. Fair warning, if you are around many people like at a Halloween event you need to make time to stop often to let people take pictures. It’s a real attention grab and it was a little bit awkward for me since I’m not usually one that likes to be the center of attention. This definitely did the trick. Almost every kid wanted a high five when I had this on and some kids cried. Oops. Either way, great purchase. Some notes…you can’t really wear this in the car. I have a Tahoe and I had to put it on when I got to my destination. The red lights in the eyes do NOT come with the costume. I ordered a cheap led set on Amazon. I drilled small holes in the eyes to push the bulbs through and I used duct tape to tape the wires and battery to the inside of the mask. I put it towards the bottom of the face so I could easily plug in the battery as needed since mine didn’t have a switch.

The media could not be loaded. Every year I would dress up in a different costume to scare trick or treaters and their escorts. I decided to make this my last year, and thanks to this costume, I went out with a bang. I had more scares, screams, tears, and falls than any other year. Due to the size and quality of this costume, 90% of them didn’t realize there was a person under there. I got three videos of victims, but can only post one per review. Word of warning, especially if you don’t have an air pump: There are TWO types of inflatables in the package. The small ones are for when using this as a decoration. The larger one is for wearing it.

This was a great costume! Wore it Halloween of 2022 and have never had a response from people like I did with this one. People stopped to take pictures and was even interviewed for some Youtube channels. It was the talk of the neighborhood.Don’t try to get into in alone it was a two person job. My wife and brother had to help me get the inflatable shoulders on and off. The mask is good with a lot of detail. The hands could have been better. They were stiff plastic with no articulation. Gloves would have been better but the illusion is not the same with out the large hands. Had no issue with leaking in the shoulders or head. Aired it up a couple nights before Halloween and it stayed inflated. The cowl and robe are what you would expect from a Halloween costume. All in all a fun night. If you want to draw attention this is the way to do it.

The media could not be loaded. It’s a little tricky to get it set up and before Halloween I will make some adjustments, but I have to say I love this!We have already frightened two neighbourhood kiddos!I have called him Frank and he currently resides in the basement, making me jump every time I go down there!I will be investing in his co-scarers!
